Okonomiyaki (Kansai)

Ingredients:1servings
Okonomiyaki flour 30g
water 50cc
pork (bite size) 30g
egg 1
cabbage 150g
green onion 5g
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 40g
Instructions
  1. 1Mix flour with water in a medium-size bowl.
  2. 2Put egg,meat and vegetables in the batter and mix them.
  3. 3Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add some oil.
  4. 4Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a circle.
    (about 6 across and 1/2thick)
  5. 5Cook both sides until it turns golden brown.
    (about 5 min each side)
  6. 6Dish up the Okonomiyaki on a plate and put Otafuku OkonomiSauce on top.
