Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, coat in katakuriko starch and fry until crisp.
- Shred the onion and carrot into strips; remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut it into rounds.
- Marinade (1) and (2) in the Nanban-Zuke Marinade Vinegar.
