OTAFUKU SAUCE sold about 850 meals of Hiroshima style OKONOMI-YAKI during the 10days period. It was very popular that we cooked that in front of customer. Especially, the Hiroshima style OKONOMI-YAKI was put into a lot of vegetables (cabbage, beans sprout, green onion) so obtained the high reputation value for Singaporean who is concerned health. Singaporean has a lot of knowledge concerning Japanese food, and it is certain that the OKONOMI-YAKI as Japanese food will spread in Singapore in the near future. We would like to participate if we have opportunity next event in Singapore.
