OTAFUKU SAUCE Co., tried sampling about 2,100 small samples of Osaka style OKONOMI-YAKI for visitor during the 4days. OKONOMI-YAKI was very popular for Russian visitor. We guess that Russian peoples like OKONOMI SAUCE which made from natural sweetness of vegetables and fruits.
OKONOMI-YAKI restaurant of the Japanese management will open in 2011.
