Vegetable Hot Pot

Ingredients

1servings
lettuce 70g
tofu 4
shimeji mushroom 20g
enoki mushroom 20g
carrot 10g
water 800ml
Otafuku Vegan Ponzu 4tbsp

Instructions

  1. Shred lettuce and slice carrot.
  2. Boil water, and if available add in the kelp (konbu).
  3. Add all the vegetables and tofu cook about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve with Ponzu sauce.
