Chicken thigh | 600 g |
---|---|
Boiled egg | 4 |
Ginger | 10-20 g |
Water | 200 ml |
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce | 100 g |
Instructions
- 1Cut chicken thigh into bite-size and shred ginger.
- 2Stir-fry the chicken with cooking oil in the pot till golden brown.
- 3Put Okonomi Sauce, water, shredded ginger and boiled egg in it.
- 4Boil off all the excess sauce on medium heat.
