Chicken Stew

Chicken thigh 600 g
Boiled egg 4
Ginger 10-20 g
Water 200 ml
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 100 g
  1. 1Cut chicken thigh into bite-size and shred ginger.
  2. 2Stir-fry the chicken with cooking oil in the pot till golden brown.
  3. 3Put Okonomi Sauce, water, shredded ginger and boiled egg in it.
  4. 4Boil off all the excess sauce on medium heat.
