Chirashi Sushi

Cooked rice 200 g
Sushi Rice Seasoning 30 ml
Shrimp(boiled) 40 g
Cooked unagi 40 g
Salmon roe 25 g
Snow peas as you like
Shoyu as you like
  1. 1Mix up cooked rice with Sushi Rice Seasoning.
  2. 2Cut shrimp, unagi, and snow peas into bite size.
  3. 3After rice cools down, put all the ingredients nicely on top.
  4. 4Sprinkle a bit of shoyu on top for seasoning.
