Cooked rice | 200 g |

Sushi Rice Seasoning | 30 ml |
Shrimp(boiled) | 40 g |
Cooked unagi | 40 g |
Salmon roe | 25 g |
Snow peas | as you like |
Shoyu | as you like |
Instructions
- 1Mix up cooked rice with Sushi Rice Seasoning.
- 2Cut shrimp, unagi, and snow peas into bite size.
- 3After rice cools down, put all the ingredients nicely on top.
- 4Sprinkle a bit of shoyu on top for seasoning.
