Cold Udon noodle

Ingredients:1servings
udon noodle 130 g
soft boiled egg 1
green onion (chopped) as needed
lemon(sliced) as needed
tempura crisp as needed
Otafuku Poke Sauce 30 g
Instructions
  1. 1Bring a large pot of water to boil for udon noodles.
  2. 2Remove udon from boiling water and cool in an ice bath.
    Wait until it cools completely and drain.
  3. 3Serve udon on the plate and add toppings on top.
    Put Otafuku Poke Sauce on Udon noodle.
