Cold Udon noodle

|soft boiled egg||1|
|green onion (chopped)||as needed|
|tempura crisp||as needed|
|Otafuku Poke Sauce||30 g|
- 1Bring a large pot of water to boil for udon noodles.
- 2Remove udon from boiling water and cool in an ice bath.
Wait until it cools completely and drain.
- 3Serve udon on the plate and add toppings on top.
Put Otafuku Poke Sauce on Udon noodle.
