Deep fried dumpling

Gyoza dough 10sheets
Minced pork 200g
Chinese chive 1bunch
Green onion 1/4stlke
Salt 1tsp
Sesame oil 1Tbsp
Otafuku Tempra Sauce 2Tbsp
  1. 1Finely chop chives and green onions.
  2. 2Add Salt, Sesami oil, chives, and green onions to ground beef and mix until sticky.
  3. 3Put the mixture into the gyoza dough, cover with water and close.
  4. 4Deep-fry over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. 5Serve with tempura sauce.
