- 1Finely chop chives and green onions.
- 2Add Salt, Sesami oil, chives, and green onions to ground beef and mix until sticky.
- 3Put the mixture into the gyoza dough, cover with water and close.
- 4Deep-fry over medium heat until golden brown.
- 5Serve with tempura sauce.
