Kakuteki (cubed daikon kimchi)

Japanese white radish 180g
salt 1tbsp
Otafuku Kimchi Sauce 15g
honey 1tbsp
Chinese chive as you need
  1. 1Peel Japanese white radish and cut into 2cm. Sprinkle salt on it and leave it for 10 minutes. After that, wash and drain it.
  2. 2Put Kimchi Sauce and honey in a bowl and mix. Add ① and leave it for 20 minutes. (Add red pepper as you like.)
