Kakuteki (cubed daikon kimchi)

Japanese white radish | 180g |

salt | 1tbsp |
Otafuku Kimchi Sauce | 15g |
honey | 1tbsp |
Chinese chive | as you need |
Instructions
- 1Peel Japanese white radish and cut into 2cm. Sprinkle salt on it and leave it for 10 minutes. After that, wash and drain it.
- 2Put Kimchi Sauce and honey in a bowl and mix. Add ① and leave it for 20 minutes. (Add red pepper as you like.)
