all purpose flour as needed
cooking oil as needed
leek as needed
Otafuku Gochujang Sauce 50g
  1. 1Marinate the chicken wing in Gochujang Sauce and leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. 2Coat chicken wing with flour.
  3. 3Deep-fry the chicken for 8 mins on medium high.
  4. 4Drain the excess oil from it on the rack.
  5. 5Coat it with Gochujang Sauce and sprinkle leek on top.
