Korean Chicken Wing
|all purpose flour||as needed|
|cooking oil||as needed|
|Otafuku Gochujang Sauce||50g|
- 1Marinate the chicken wing in Gochujang Sauce and leave it for 20 minutes.
- 2Coat chicken wing with flour.
- 3Deep-fry the chicken for 8 mins on medium high.
- 4Drain the excess oil from it on the rack.
- 5Coat it with Gochujang Sauce and sprinkle leek on top.
