Mini Okonomiyaki

cabage 150g
pork slice 40g
leek 5g
egg 1
water 50ml
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce as needed
Okonomiyaki Takoyaki Flour 30g
Otafuku Premium Tenkasu 10g
shrimp, squid, kimchi, and so on as needed
  1. 1After pour water into a bowl, add flour and mix.
  2. 2Add cabage, leek, egg, Tenkasu into ① and mix by using spoon.
  3. 3At about 200℃ heated plate, spread the butter into bite size by using spoon.
  4. 4After 3 minitues, put on toppings and turn it over.
  5. 5Get a lid on and steam about 5 minutes.
  6. 6Remove and cook about 2 minutes after the lid and turn it over.
  7. 7Put Okonomi Sauce on top.
