Omusoba (yakisoba wrapped in an omelet)
|Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce||40g|
- 1Cut the ingredients to an appropriate size.
- 2Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, and fry the noodles.
Once warmed through, transfer to a plate.
- 3Fry the pork, cabbage, and sprouts. Add the noodles from (2) back in.
Add the tenkasu, green onion, and Otafuku Yakisoba sauce.
- 4Cook a thin omelet, add the ingredients from (3), and roll up to complete.
