Omusoba (yakisoba wrapped in an omelet)

noodle 1
sliced pork 40g
cabbage 80g
sprouts 30g
green onion 5g
tenkasu 10g
egg 2
Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce 40g
  1. 1Cut the ingredients to an appropriate size.
  2. 2Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, and fry the noodles.
    Once warmed through, transfer to a plate.
  3. 3Fry the pork, cabbage, and sprouts. Add the noodles from (2) back in.
    Add the tenkasu, green onion, and Otafuku Yakisoba sauce.
    Cook through.
  4. 4Cook a thin omelet, add the ingredients from (3), and roll up to complete.
