Salmon Tartare

salmon 75 g
onion 20g
scallion 5 g
avocado 1/2
shiso as needed
salt and black pepper as needed
Otafuku Poke Sauce 2tbsp
olive oil 1/4tsp
  1. 1Cut Salmon into bite size.
  2. 2Chopped scallion, onion, and shiso.
  3. 3Mix ① and ②.
  4. 4Season tartare to taste with Poke Sauce, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
  5. 5Lightly pack the avocado and tartare into a ring mould.
