Salmon Tartare

salmon | 75 g |

onion | 20g |
scallion | 5 g |
avocado | 1/2 |
shiso | as needed |
salt and black pepper | as needed |
Otafuku Poke Sauce | 2tbsp |
olive oil | 1/4tsp |
Instructions
- 1Cut Salmon into bite size.
- 2Chopped scallion, onion, and shiso.
- 3Mix ① and ②.
- 4Season tartare to taste with Poke Sauce, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- 5Lightly pack the avocado and tartare into a ring mould.
