Simmered hamburger steak
|ground beef and pork mixture||100g|
|panko bread crumbs||1Tbsp|
|salt and pepper||as needed|
|【A】Otafuku Worcestershire Sauce||50g|
- 1Finely chop the onions.
- 2Infuse the panko bread crumbs in milk. Add the ground beef and pork mixture, ingredients from (1), and eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and knead well until the mixture sticks together. Form into two patties.
- 3Heat a drizzle of salad oil in a pot, and fry (2) at medium heat until one side is browned.
- 4Flip the hamburger steak. Add the ingredients in A and cover with a lid. Simmer for five minutes.
- 5Flip the hamburger steak again, cover with a lid, and simmer for a further three minutes. (Take care not to burn the sauce)
- 6Plate up and serve.
