Unagi Bowl

Cooked Rice 300 g
Unagi kabayki 2pcs
Nitsume 60 g
Japanese pepper (sansho) as you like
Instructions
  1. 1Put the cooked rice on the bowl.
  2. 2Put 10g of Nitsume on the rice.
  3. 3Place the unagi on the rice, then pour 50g of Nitsume over it.
  4. 4Serve it with Japanese pepper on the side.
