Unagi kabayki | 2pcs |
Nitsume | 60 g |
Japanese pepper (sansho) | as you like |
Instructions
- 1Put the cooked rice on the bowl.
- 2Put 10g of Nitsume on the rice.
- 3Place the unagi on the rice, then pour 50g of Nitsume over it.
- 4Serve it with Japanese pepper on the side.
