Vegan Spicy Okonomiyaki

wheat flour 50g
almond milk 75g
kale(chopped) 50g
mushroom(sliced) 30g
Otafuku Spicy Okonomi Sauce as you need
green pepper as you need
red pepper as you need
  1. 1Mix the almond milk and wheat flour in a medium sized bowl.
  2. 2Add kale and mushrooms to the bowl.
  3. 3Heat a frying pan on medium heat, add a small amount of oil.
  4. 4Add the mixture to the pan, spread it in the pan in a circular shape.
  5. 5Bake until golden brown on each side. (it will take roughly five minutes each side)
  6. 6Once it is cooked, it is ready to plate up.
  7. 7Spread on Spicy Okonomi Sauce and put green papper and red papper on the top.
