Hayashi Rice Recipe



Onion 1 piece, 

Mushroom 2 piecces

Beef 100g, 

Water 160cc, 

Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 160cc, 

Salt and Pepper to taste

How to make:

1. Cut the beef and mushroom into bite-size pieces and onion into slices.

2. Stir fry sliced beef, sliced onion and mushroom And season with salt and pepper

3. Add in the Okonomi Sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 more minutes.

4. Once ready to eat, serve with rice! Garnish with green peas if desired.
