This sauce has an authentic yet unique Gochujang flavour based on Japanese miso. Using 3 kind of chili for nice flavour and colour. This is a versatile sauce and can be used for the base to give a spicy taste to the menus for marinating, dipping, stir-frying and topping. Good for soup base as well.
