This is a versatile sauce to create Asian cuisine. It has an authentic kimchi flavour with selected ingredients and give a nice kick for spiciness to the food. Garlic and fish extracts enhance the flavour of the sauce. Mixing it with mayonnaise can be used as dipping or topping sauce for deep fried menus and sushi menus.
