Otafuku’s Okonomi Flour is a flour mix that uses the flavor of Kombu (dried kelp) to enhance the taste of the ingredients. The flavor of the Kombu Dashi (Japanese soup stock made with Kombu) is achieved by blending 2 types of kelp: the aromatic Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido, and the high-grade sweet Donan kelp. This flour mix is specially made to easily prepare a delicious Okonomiyaki.
