Buchimgae Mix is a flour mix for Buchimgae (Korean pancake). Its soft and sticky texture is produced by blending flour with the mung bean starch commonly used in the authentic Korean recipe. In addition, if you add some soy pulp powder to the mix, you can make crispy Buchimgae pancakes with only a small amount of oil.
