Ingredients

Otafuku Okonomi Sauce | as needed |
Okonomiyaki Takoyaki Flour | 30g |
Otafuku Premium Tenkasu | 10g |
【Toppings】shrimp, squid, kimchi, and so on | as needed |
Instructions
- Cut cabage, leek, and pork.
- After pour water into a bowl, add flour and mix.
- Add cabage, leek, egg, tenkasu into ① and mix by using spoon.
- At about 200℃ heated plate, spread the butter into bite size by using spoon.
- After 3 minitues, put on toppings and turn it over.
- Get a lid on and steam about 5 minutes.
- Remove and cook about 2 minutes after the lid and turn it over.
- Put Okonomi Sauce on top.
