| onion | 40g |
| carrot | 20g |
| Otafuku Premium Tenkasu | 10g |
| green onion | 5g |
| Otafuku Okonomi Sauce | 60g |
Instructions
- Dice cabbage. Slice pork, onion, carrot, and green onion.
- Warm up a frying pan at medium heat, and sauté the sliced pork.
- Once the pork is browned, add the onion and carrot and sauté until soft.
- Add the cabbage, tenkasu(tempura crisp), and udon - in that order - to the ingredients from ②. Sauté while stirring together.
- Add Okonomi Sauce, and sauté thoroughly until all the ingredients are coated.
- Plate up, add the green onion, and serve.
