udon 100g
pork 40g
cabbage 80g
onion 40g
carrot 20g
Otafuku Premium Tenkasu 10g
green onion 5g
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 60g


  1. Dice cabbage. Slice pork, onion, carrot, and green onion.
  2. Warm up a frying pan at medium heat, and sauté the sliced pork.
  3. Once the pork is browned, add the onion and carrot and sauté until soft.
  4. Add the cabbage, tenkasu(tempura crisp), and udon - in that order - to the ingredients from ②. Sauté while stirring together.
  5. Add Okonomi Sauce, and sauté thoroughly until all the ingredients are coated.
  6. Plate up, add the green onion, and serve.
