- Okonomi Sauce
Hayashi Rice

Ingredients

mushroom | 2 |
rice | 2 servings |
water | 160cc |
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce | 160cc |
salt and pepper | as needed |
Instructions
- Cut the beef and mushroom into bite-size pieces and onion into slices.
- Stir fry sliced beef, sliced onion and mushroom and season with salt and pepper.
- Add in Okonomi Sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 more minutes.
- Once ready to eat, serve with rice! Garnish with green peas if desired.
