Hayashi Rice


beef 100g
onion 1
mushroom 2
rice 2 servings
water 160cc
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 160cc
salt and pepper as needed


  1. Cut the beef and mushroom into bite-size pieces and onion into slices.
  2. Stir fry sliced beef, sliced onion and mushroom and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add in Okonomi Sauce and simmer on low heat for 5 more minutes.
  4. Once ready to eat, serve with rice! Garnish with green peas if desired.
