• Okonomi Sauce

Vegan Okonomiyaki


wheat flour 50g
almond milk 75g
kale 50g
mushroom 30g
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 40g


  1. Chop kale and slice mushroom.
  2. Mix the almond milk and wheat flour in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Add kale and mushrooms to the bowl.
  4. Heat frying pan on medium heat, add a small amount of oil.
  5. Add the mixture to the pan, spread it in the pan in a circular shape.
  6. Bake until golden brown on each side. (it will take roughly five minutes each side)
  7. Once it is cooked, it is ready to plate up. * If you prefer you can add mayonnaise and dried seaweed powder
  8. Dish up the Okonomiyaki on a plate and put Okonomi Sauce on top.
