Okonomiyaki (Osaka style)


okonomiyaki flour 30g
water 40cc
pork 30g
egg 1
cabbage 120g
green onion 5g
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce 40g


  1. Cut cabbage, green onion. Slice and cut pork.
  2. Mix flour with water in a medium-size bowl.
  3. Put egg, meat and vegetables in the batter and mix them.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add some oil.
  5. Pour the batter on the pan and spread it in a circle. (about 6 across and 1/2thick)
  6. Cook both sides until it turns golden brown. (about 5 minutes each side)
  7. Dish up okonomiyaki on a plate and put Okonomi Sauce on top.
