Omusoba (yakisoba wrapped in an omelet)
Ingredients

| pork | 40g |
| cabbage | 80g |
| sprouts | 30g |
| green onion | 5g |
| tenkasu | 10g |
| egg | 2 |
| Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce | 40g |
Instructions
- Cut the ingredients to an appropriate size.
- Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, and fry the noodles.
- Once warmed through, transfer to a plate.
- Fry the pork, cabbage, and sprouts. Add the noodles from (2) back in.
- Add the tenkasu, green onion, and Otafuku Yakisoba sauce.Cook through.
- Cook a thin omelet, add the ingredients from (3), and roll up to complete.
