Omusoba (yakisoba wrapped in an omelet)

Ingredients

noodle 1
pork 40g
cabbage 80g
sprouts 30g
green onion 5g
tenkasu 10g
egg 2
Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce 40g

Instructions

  1. Cut the ingredients to an appropriate size.
  2. Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, and fry the noodles.
  3. Once warmed through, transfer to a plate.
  4. Fry the pork, cabbage, and sprouts. Add the noodles from (2) back in.
  5. Add the tenkasu, green onion, and Otafuku Yakisoba sauce.Cook through.
  6. Cook a thin omelet, add the ingredients from (3), and roll up to complete.
