• Yakisoba Sauce

Stir Fry Pasta


penne 120g
olive oil 5ml
garlic 1 clove
minced meat 100g
shimeji mushrooms 80g
Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce 30ml
grated cheese as needed
parsley as needed


  1. Chop the garlic finely and cut the Shimeji mushrooms into bite size pieces.
  2. Add the olive oil and garlic to the frying pan and turn on the heat.
  3. When the oil becomes fragrant, add minced meat, Shimeji mushrooms and Yakisoba Sauce, and mix them well.
  4. Boil the penne in plenty of hot water with salt (as needed), drain off the water, add them to ③, and mix all well.
  5. Serve on a plate, and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
