- Yakisoba Sauce

|Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce||30ml|
|grated cheese||as needed|
- Chop the garlic finely and cut the Shimeji mushrooms into bite size pieces.
- Add the olive oil and garlic to the frying pan and turn on the heat.
- When the oil becomes fragrant, add minced meat, Shimeji mushrooms and Yakisoba Sauce, and mix them well.
- Boil the penne in plenty of hot water with salt (as needed), drain off the water, add them to ③, and mix all well.
- Serve on a plate, and garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
