- Worcestershire Ketchup Sauce
Simmered hamburger steak
|ground beef and pork mixture||100g|
|panko bread crumbs||1Tbsp|
|salt and pepper||as needed|
|【A】Otafuku Worcestershire Sauce||50g|
Finely chop the onions.
Infuse the panko bread crumbs in milk. Add the ground beef and pork mixture, ingredients from (1), and eggs. Season with salt and pepper, and knead well until the mixture sticks together. Form into two patties.
- Heat a drizzle of salad oil in a pot, and fry (2) at medium heat until one side is browned.
- Flip the hamburger steak. Add the ingredients in A and cover with a lid. Simmer for five minutes.
Flip the hamburger steak again, cover with a lid, and simmer for a further three minutes. (Take care not to burn the sauce)
Plate up and serve.
