Salmon Tartare
Ingredients
1servings| salmon | 75g |

| onion | 20g |
| scallion | 5g |
| avocado | 1/2 |
| shiso | as needed |
| salt and black pepper | as needed |
| Otafuku Poke Sauce | 2tbsp |
| olive oil | 1/4tsp |
Instructions
- Cut Salmon into bite size.
- Chopped scallion, onion, and shiso.
- Mix ① and ②.
- Season tartare to taste with Poke Sauce, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- Lightly pack the avocado and tartare into a ring mould.
