Salmon Tartare


salmon 75g
onion 20g
scallion 5g
avocado 1/2
shiso as needed
salt and black pepper as needed
Otafuku Poke Sauce 2tbsp
olive oil 1/4tsp


  1. Cut Salmon into bite size.
  2. Chopped scallion, onion, and shiso.
  3. Mix ① and ②.
  4. Season tartare to taste with Poke Sauce, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
  5. Lightly pack the avocado and tartare into a ring mould.
