Tenshinhan (Crab omlet rice with starchy sauce)

Ingredients

rice 180g
egg   2
crab meat(or imitation crab) 20g
leek(chopped) as needed
salt and pepper as needed
vegetable oil as needed
3tbsp

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, add the crab meat and salt&pepper, then mix well.
  2. Heat the oil on a fryng pan, pour the egg mixture in it. Cook it in a circle while stirring, and place it on the ricein a bowl.
  3. Put Otafuku Tempura Sauce and chopped leek on top.
