Tenshinhan (Crab omlet rice with starchy sauce)

crab meat(or imitation crab) | 20g |
leek(chopped) | as needed |
salt and pepper | as needed |
vegetable oil | as needed |

Instructions
- Beat eggs, add the crab meat and salt&pepper, then mix well.
- Heat the oil on a fryng pan, pour the egg mixture in it. Cook it in a circle while stirring, and place it on the ricein a bowl.
- Put Otafuku Tempura Sauce and chopped leek on top.
