green onions (chopped) | as needed |
Otafuku Premium Tenkasu | as needed |
Otafuku Tempura Sauce | 2tbsp |
Instructions
- Boil udon noodles.
- Drain the water and serve in a bowl.
- Crack an egg in the center. Sprinkle green onions and tenkasu over the noodles. Put Tempura Sauce to finish it.
