beef 100g
leek 50g
tofu 50g
konjac noodles 50g
mushroom 50g
chinese cabbage 100g
Otafuku Sukiyaki Sauce 100g


  1. Slice beef and leek. Cut tofu into small cube.
  2. Stir leek on low heat until fragrant and add beef to stir-fry with medium heat.
  3. Pour Sukiyaki Sauce and dilute it with 1 part of water.
  4. Put the other ingredients and bring to a boil. It's ready to eat when all ingredients are cooked through.
