Tofu Katsu

Ingredients

1servings
tofu 50g
water 100ml
wheat flour 150g
salt and pepper as needed
bread crumbs (panko) as needed
Otafuku Tonkatsu Sauce 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix water and wheat flour to make batter..
  2. Season the Tofu with salt and pepper.
  3. After coating the tofu pieces in the batter made in ①, coat with bread crumbs and fry in oil at 170℃.
  4. Once there is a little color to the fried tofu, it is ready.
  5. Put Tonkatsu Sauce.
