Octopus and Cucumber seasoned with Kimchi

Ingredients

octopus 75g
cucumber 1/2
salt as you need
Otafuku Kimchi Sauce 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber and octopus into bite size.
  2. Sprinkle salt on cucumber and leave it for 10 minutes and drain it.
  3. Mix octopus, cucumber and Kimchi Sauce and leave it on a refrigerator for an hour.
