- Kimchi Sauce
Kakuteki (Cubed Daikon Kimchi)
Ingredients
1servings| Japanese white radish | 180g |

| salt | 1tbsp |
| Otafuku Kimchi Sauce | 15g |
| honey | 1tbsp |
| Chinese chive | as needed |
Instructions
- Peel Japanese white radish and cut into 2cm. Sprinkle salt on it and leave it for 10 minutes. After that, wash and drain it.
- Put Kimchi Sauce and honey in a bowl and mix. Add ① and leave it for 20 minutes. (Add red pepper as you like.)
