Korean Potato Stew
 
              Ingredients

| potato | 2-3pcs (250g) | 
| onion | 1/2pc | 
| carrot | 1/4pc | 
| green onion or chive | as you like | 
| cooking oil | as needed | 
| Otafuku Gochujang Sauce | 200ml | 
Instructions
- 
		Cut beef, potato, carrot and green onion into bite size.<br />Cut onion into wedges.</td>
- Heat a pot with oil and stir-fry the ingredients besides green onion till cooked through.
- Put Gochujang Sauce and water in it and simmer in medium heat for a while.
- Add some green onion at finishing part.
