sliced beef 80g
potato 2-3pcs (250g)
onion 1/2pc
carrot 1/4pc
green onion or chive as you like
cooking oil as needed
Otafuku Gochujang Sauce 200ml


  1. Cut beef, potato, carrot and green onion into bite size.<br />
    Cut onion into wedges.</td>
  2. Heat a pot with oil and stir-fry the ingredients besides green onion till cooked through.
  3. Put Gochujang Sauce and water in it and simmer in medium heat for a while.
  4. Add some green onion at finishing part.
