Korean-style Udon

Ingredients
1 servingsudon noodle | 1 portion(120-150g) |

squid | 50g |
cabbage | 50g |
carrot | 20g |
green onion | 10g |
cooking oil | as needed |
Otafuku Gochujang Sauce | 40g |
Instructions
- Cut squid and green onion into bite size.
- Cut cabbage and carrot into strip.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and stir-fry all the ingredients in order of squid, carrot, cabbage and udon.

When the ingredients are cooked through, put green onion and Gochujang Sauce in it and toss well to mix.
※Squid can be chicken or beef.
