Otafuku Nitsume | 60g |
japanese pepper (sansho) | as you like |
Instructions
- Put the cooked rice on the bowl.
- Put 10g of Nitsume on the rice.
- Place the unagi on the rice, then pour 50g of Nitsume over it.
- Serve it with Japanese pepper on the side.
