Unagi Bowl

Ingredients

2servings
cooked rice 300g
unagi kabayki 2pcs
Otafuku Nitsume 60g
japanese pepper (sansho) as you like

Instructions

  1. Put the cooked rice on the bowl.
  2. Put 10g of Nitsume on the rice.
  3. Place the unagi on the rice, then pour 50g of Nitsume over it.
  4. Serve it with Japanese pepper on the side.
