Ingredients

| Sushi Rice Seasoning | 30 ml |
| Shrimp(boiled) | 40 g |
| Cooked unagi | 40 g |
| Salmon roe | 25 g |
| Snow peas | as you like |
| Shoyu | as you like |
Instructions
- Mix up cooked rice with Sushi Rice Seasoning.
- Cut shrimp, unagi, and snow peas into bite size.
- After rice cools down, put all the ingredients nicely on top.
