|Sushi Rice Seasoning||30 ml|
|Cooked unagi||40 g|
|Salmon roe||25 g|
|Snow peas||as you like|
|Shoyu||as you like|
- Mix up cooked rice with Sushi Rice Seasoning.
- Cut shrimp, unagi, and snow peas into bite size.
- After rice cools down, put all the ingredients nicely on top.
Sprinkle a bit of shoyu on top for seasoning.
