Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

1servings
Minced chicken 40g
Carrot 20g
Onion 1/4 pc
Boiled corn 20 g
Cooked rice 200 g
Salt and pepper a bit
Otafuku Kimchi Sauce 40 g

Instructions

  1. Chop carrot and onion finely.
  2. Stir-fry minced chicken, carrot, onion and boiled corn with cooking oil.
  3. Season it with a bit of salt and pepper and add cooked rice.
  4. Stir-fry it until almost cooked.
  5. Stir in Kimchi Sauce and cook for a second.
    ※Can add any meat and seafood to suit your taste.
