- Okonomi Sauce Halal
|Chicken thigh||600 g|
|Otafuku Okonomi Sauce||100 g|
- Cut chicken thigh into bite-size and shred ginger.
- Stir-fry the chicken with cooking oil in the pot till golden brown.
- Put Okonomi Sauce, water, shredded ginger and boiled egg in it
Boil off all the excess sauce on medium heat.
