Ingredients

| Boiled egg | 4 |
| Ginger | 10-20 g |
| Water | 200 ml |
| Otafuku Okonomi Sauce | 100 g |
Instructions
- Cut chicken thigh into bite-size and shred ginger.
- Stir-fry the chicken with cooking oil in the pot till golden brown.
- Put Okonomi Sauce, water, shredded ginger and boiled egg in it
