Ingredients
2servings| cooked rice | 200g |

| Otafuku Sushi Vinegar | 30ml |
| shrimp(boiled) | 40g |
| cooked unagi | 40g |
| salmon roe | 25g |
| snow peas | as you like |
Instructions
- Mix up cooked rice with Sushi Vinegar.
- Cut shrimp, unagi, and snow peas into bite size.
- After rice cools down, put all the ingredients nicely on top.
- Sprinkle a bit of shoyu on top for seasoning.
