Chirashi Sushi

Ingredients

2servings
cooked rice 200g
Otafuku Sushi Vinegar 30ml
shrimp(boiled) 40g
cooked unagi 40g
salmon roe 25g
snow peas as you like

Instructions

  1. Mix up cooked rice with Sushi Vinegar.
  2. Cut shrimp, unagi, and snow peas into bite size.
  3. After rice cools down, put all the ingredients nicely on top.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of shoyu on top for seasoning.
