Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

Ingredients

2 servings
chicken breast 300g
cooked rice 480g
leek as you like
green pepper as you like
shredded nori as you like
Otafuku Sushi Sauce 80g

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan and grill the chicken on both sides until the surface is nicely browned.
  2. Put the green onions and chili peppers in a frying pan and cook them slowly until they are cooked through. Then add the Sushi sauce and mix well with the ingredients.
  3. Place rice in a bowl, top with chicken, leek and green peppers, and top with chopped nori seaweed,
