Instructions
- Thinly slice onion and cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.Beat the eggs and set aside.
- Combine water, yuzu sauce, and Umami dashi in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add onion and chicken and cook over low heat. When cooked, turn in the beaten egg, cover and cook until the egg is the desired consistency.
