Yuzu Oyako don

Ingredients

chicken breast 240g
egg 2 pc
onion 1/2 pc
cooked rice 400g
Otafuku Vegetable based Umami dashi 50ml
water 100ml
Otafuku Yuzu Sauce 50g

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice onion and cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.Beat the eggs and set aside.
  2. Combine water, yuzu sauce, and Umami dashi in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add onion and chicken and cook over low heat. When cooked, turn in the beaten egg, cover and cook until the egg is the desired consistency.
  4. Put rice in a bowl and top with ③.
