| flour | 20g |
| Otafuku tenkasu | 20g |
| water | 50ml |
| oil | as you like |
Instructions
- Mix flour and water in a bowl.
- Dip the shrimp in (1), coat Tenkasu on both sides, and press Tenkasu onto the shrimp.
- Put oil in a frying pan and deep fry.
