Ingredients

pork belly (block) 200g
ginger as you like
Otafuku Sushi Sauce GF 150g
water 150g

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces and grill until the surface is browned. Slice the ginger.
  2. Add ①, Sushi sauce GF, and water to a pot and simmer until soft. (about 1 hour)
