Cold Yuzu Udon

Ingredients

1servings
 udon noodle 100g
yuzu 1
Otafuku Tenkasu as you like
green onion as you like
steamed chicken as you like
grated radish  as you like
Otafuku Yuzu Sauce as you like
Otafuku Umami Dashi Tsuyu 150ml

Instructions

  1. Chop green onion and slice yuzu.Grate a radish.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to boil for udon noodle.
  3. Remove udon from boiling water and cool in an ice bath. Wait until it cools completely and drain.
  4. Mix Otafuku Vegetables Base Soup and water (1:1). 
  5. Serve udon on the plate and add toppings on top. 
  6. Put Otafuku Umami Dashi Tsuyu and Yuzu Sauce on udon noodle.
