Korean Cold Noodles (Naengmyeon)

Ingredients

2servings
dried naengmyeon noodles 200g
 cucumber 40g
apple 40g
boiled egg 1/2pc
pork / beef brisket 100g
Otafuku Vegetables Base Soup 80g
Otafuku Spicy Chili Sauce 80g

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber, apple and brisket.
  2. Boil naengmyeon noodles.
  3. Mix Otafuku Vegetables Base Soup and water (1:1). 
  4. Mix 3 and Otafuku Spicy Chili Sauce and put on top of noodles.
